If it's activated, then you should have service. One thing you can try is rebooting the phone. Also, sometimes SIM cards need to be reprovisioned. That basically means, turn off your phone, remove the SIM card, place it another turned off cell phone and reboot. That somewhat wakes it up. If that doesn't work, create another ticket.
