I bought a 30$ US talk, text and data plan on approx July 1 and again around July 17. However, I was unable to receive texts, my data did not work and the phone was unable to be used/dial. I feel that I should have a refund for both of these plan purchases as I had to rely on wifi only. Thank you.

Are you saying that you purchased the roaming add-on twice (on the 1st and the 17th), even though it didn't work the first time?

Wonder if you were in Alaska because PM Roaming doesn't work there.
You can contact a CS_Agent by private messaging and explain your issues with them for a possible credit to your account.

although PM is Prepaid and usually do not provide refund, but they likely can compensate based on your experience
