Did you accidentally tap 'Pay Now' Twice to recieve a double charge, or did the second amount get added as Account Credit?

Contact a CS_Agent by private message on the envelope icon on your computer.
They will investigate your concerns and if you overpaid then it will be returned as credit for your next month's bill.
Staff hours are from 9:00am to 10:00pm EST so they will contact you tomorrow by pm.

In general, Public mobile does not offer refunds. In certain cases, PM can offer refunds but it can take 2-4 weeks for that to be processed. So, it is usually easier to leave your extra funds for next payment cycle.
