Referred a Friend - Received Text from PM that I had lost the referral - Friend says account is ....

Hi there!!

 

I Referred a Friend  and she showed as $1 reward on my account. 

Yesterday I Received Text from PM that I had lost the referral and it was my friend as per the phone number that is no longer on my account as a referral. 

I just contracted my Friend and she says account is still in place. 

 

What should I do?

This past month I have been getting enough reminers tha my next renewal is coming up that if I mess up the renewal, I have NO ONE TO BLAME BUT MYSELF!

 

Four reminders now I believe with the first one arriving two days after my last renewal! Now that's Service!!

 

I think there was a brief discussion about this somewhere, at least a few of us must be getting this special level of attention.

I have noticed that on PM almost every text (from them)  has a duplicate with in a minute.

@pmmobile  When I got the first one.....i was crestfallen."Oh no who did I lose?" Then elated. "Woohoo!" Then i figured out it was a glitch. I look forward to the mystery of when it will appear each month. Its a cute little character flaw that makes pm so lovable.

I deleted it. Sorry. I forgot about sharing it.

Yes, a text telling me I lost a referral. It was a one day wonder!!! Yes I referred to my list before and after and have an Excel file.

Never heard of receiving a text saying you lost a referral. I'm familiar with this text below but what exactly did your text say? It didn't identify the number lost, you determined it by looking at your list? Remember of course people change numbers, particularly when activating a new number them porting their number afterwards.

@iPhoneUser Contact @CS_Agent and have them investigate. Just a word of warning, it has been said that resulting investigations have removed even more referrals, so if you have alot, you might consider letting it go?

 

Alternatively, you can ask your friend to contact @CS_Agent and tell them that they used your referral code and got their stuff, but you didn't get yours. This may require less investigation; however, there is still a chance you can lose more than you gain.

@iPhoneUserYour friend should ask for assistance from the moderators explaining the person she was referred by is no longer reciving the credit by creating a support ticket. You can click this link https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ then enter “contact support” Follow the messages to get to the bottom where it has a Contact Us button and then a Submit Ticket Click Me! button will appear.

 

 The Moderators are available (Eastern) Monday to Friday 8am-12am and Saturday+Sunday from 8am-10pm.
