Up until recently, I had 3 active referrals (for which I was receiving points) listed on my account. On Monday, I referred 2 others. Now, I can't see any of the 5 active referrals on my account. I opened a Support ticket yesterday and they could not help me. Please help? Thanks

The list of phone numbers is not longer displayed,
in rewards, you will reciprocate 1 point per referral on your renewal day.
Click on view more stats below the bar chart, you will see the total referrals

Thanks. I got the text message, and my account shows 2 new referrals in a bar graph, but none of the 5, including the 3 that have been on my account for over a year, are listed. (a list of phone numbers used to be listed)

@Jdornez, it's weird, sometimes I get the new referral showing up in my account with 48hrs and I've had one take over a week to show up and I haven't always received the "Cha-ching" text message from PM, in fact, of the 4 referrals I have I only got the text for 2 of them. I would say wait 3 or 4 days and if it's still not there then message a CS_agent. You have lots of time as it won't be technically given to you until after your next bill payment

It could be a caching issue, try to use the app or Incognito browser
