Referral didn't work

Hi, I referred to a friend for PM but while paying for the subscription she entered the referral code. However, it didn't work and she had to pay the full price of the package, instead of the reduction of $10.

She's a new user and can it be redeemed other way? Thanks everyone

@Ash_007 The $10 isn't instant, it can take up to 72 hours for it show in the account. Your point will show up monthly on renewal.
