Phone call not working

I just switched my phone service from Fido,getting a sweet deal of $20 for 60GB. My mobile data works fine on my new Public Mobile line, but I can't receive calls.

Since I really need these services for work, could you please fix this ASAP? Your quick help would be awesome.

It could be an incomplete port. PM porting support team can help. I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call.
