I switched from Rogers to Public it's been 5 days. I can make calls and have access to data but cannot receive phone calls or use SMS. I also can't confirm my account, it's sending a confirmation code to my phone but my SMS is not working...

PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call.

And in case the poring team cannot help and ask you to submit ticket (or you rather submit ticket anyway),  you can submit  ticket by direct message:

Yes, I had answered yes to the text message! How do I complete the port now?

Looks like your port was not completed. Did you answer "yes" to Roger's port request text?  

I will private message you the Telus team porting number. It is only used for porting issues.
