I joined in August and already received the $10 credit but the person that referred me said I’m not showing up on their account.

HI @PSOttawa
when did you join? it takes 72 hours for PM to process the referral. You should see the $10 credit on your My Account showing as Available fund. If you see it, then your friend will see his shortly after
if not, you will submit a ticket for your friend to CS agent here:

@PSOttawa You should see the $10 one time credit in your account available funds with in 72 hours after activation . And they should see the $1 /1point depending on the rewards they are in with in 24 hours after activation .If it’s been more then 3 days ask support that it was applied correctly
