Referral Code Did not work

Hello, I gave my friend a referral code to use while they transferred their number over, but it did not work.

It has been week,s and I have not received $10 as voucher. How can I fix this?

You should have got a notice that someone used your referral code.

Also, you don’t receive a $10 credit if you gave your referral code to your friend.

You will receive 1 point/month and it should show in your account near your renewal date.
