I haven't got 20 dollars referal bonus

if you refer others, you don't get $20.  Only the one who used your code get a $10 credit

for you, you can 1 Public Points per cycle per friend who used your account.  You gave 2 friends, you should see 2 Points every cycle.  They will be added every renewal date.  

1 point per friend does not look much in the beginning, but it means 12 points per year per friend as long as your friends stay

Sorry for confusion,  I mean I gave 2 friends the referrals, they all got 10 bonus but I haven't got any which should be 20 right? Thx

if you just joined with a referral code, the $10 will be a credit on your My Account within 72 hours

if you don't see it after 72 hours, ask PM agent to check.  Please  submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
