I didn't know about refer a friend until after I registered. Is there anyway you can refer a friend after registering??

You can try but depends on moderator. Terms say code needs to be done at activation time.

@greenerin714Get the person who owns the new account to contact the moderator by clicking on the ? on the lower right hand corner and explain the situation with the referral code.

You could try to contact moderator with the friend referral code. Hopefully, moderator will apply it. YMMV.
Click on the right lower corner question mark on the website and start the ticketing process.
