I successfully recommended a friend last month and gave me a discount of 1 yuan.
But this month did not give me a one-yuan discount. What is the reason?

If they deactivated their account you will no longer get the discount

● $1 add to your account if your friend still using public mobile services 

● if your friend still using public mobile and you don't get your $1 contact moderator by clicking on the chat bubble bottom right corner

👉🏼its $1 if your friend continues with any plan you receive $ in your account but if he/she move to any other provider thn you receive nothing

Hello @Finesse , Is your friend still a Public Mobile customer?

Also their account must be in ACTIVE status (not suspended).

 

If you know they are still an ACTIVE customer, and you are missing your $1 reward contact the moderators to check on this. Your friend may also need to contact the moderators if this is the case.

Did you friend successfully renew the plan? You'll only continue to receive the $1 discount if your friend still has an active plan.
