My daughter got me to switch to public mobile. She didn’t know her referral code tho. So I didn’t add one when I signed up. Is there anyway she can still use her code with me signing up? Even tho I’m already signed up ?

@Cara35 Have your daughter's referraal code ready to give to the moderators when they respond to your ticket submission.

@Cara35  Submit a ticket to PM and include your daughter's code. Explain what happened and ask them if it's possible to add the code to your account. To submit a ticket do the following:

You can contact the moderators to look into this for you.

You will need the assistance of the Moderators and to do that you will need to create a Trouble Ticket.  Click this link https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and enter your question into SIMon.  Follow the prompts to get to the Contact Us button and then a Submit Ticket button will appear.


Community Moderators are available from Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am(Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm(Eastern)

Create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
Keep asking SIMon to "contact human" for one or more times. SIMon will eventually show you the "Submit a ticket" button. Click on submit button to get the create ticket screen.
