I can access my voicemail, but it’s not activating when someone calls me.... the phone rings for 4 or 5 rings, then hangs up. Was working fine a couple of weeks ago. Went through all menus but everything seems correct, same as it’s always been.

Dial these numbers to undo/reset any changes to call forward that might have been inadvertently set, and then see if calls can then reach voicemail:
##21#
##004#
Before you do that, if you are curious, dial each of these numbers to query what number comes up - normally it should return a voicemail access phone number ending in 4001:
*#21#
*#61#
*#62#
*#67#

Have tryed pulling your SIM out after you shut your phone down . Remove SIM restart phone then power off again . Reinstall SIM and turn phone on again . I have had to do this with other Sims and phones . Kinda like router reset. What are you running for devices ? Samsung .. there online support is amazing and really care .

You may have enabled call forwarding by mistake @HJSMTL . Use this link to see how to take it off https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/How-To-Use-Your-Phone-and-Plan-Feature...
