Refer-a-friend reward problem

Hi,

 

I referred a friend but the bonus didn't show up, so I emailed PM and they credited me $6 (for 2 90-day billing cycles where I didn't get the reward), but for the following cycles, I didn't automatically get the reward. When I go to rewards, it shows the refer-a-friend reward and the phone number of the friend but it shows $0 for the reward.

@Sergey Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7:00PM (ET).

You have posted to an old thread. In future you will have more assurance of help by creating your own topic on the forum.

Only  a mod can solve it.  Since its system issue apparently.

Hello,

 

The problem wasn't solved.

 

I got manually added rewwards.

And after that, I didn't get any new rewards for a friend.

 

This means that the problem is not solved and there are no automatic bonuses for a friend.

 

May you help really help me?

If you just added a refer a friend you will get a reward on your next top up date. Also If you have question send a msg to mod thry will fix it for you
