I recently ordered a 3-month 3G plan. After one day of use it was clear that the data internet would not work at all on my phone so I decided to change the plan to a 3-month 4G one. I assumed when I changed from one plan to the other that I would recieve a refund for the 3G plan but did not. Is this how the system is supposed to work?
Thanks.

Yes that is how the system is setup to work
When you change to a new plan it takes effect immediately and anything you had unused from your old subscription will be gone. Except for add-ons those will remain on your account until you use those up.

Good luck

afaik yes. try contacting the mods and ask for a refund, not sure if it`ll work out. Please include sim#, phone#, email used during activation, and detailed description of what happened.
