Refer a friend $25 reward not applied

Hello! 

I signed up yesterday and had a referrer but instead of $25 (as per the current promo), I got $10 as credit.

Can a moderator please help me resolve this?

I did the same as you since the $30 plan with $10 referral and free sim was better than only the $25 referral.

The $25 referral is when you subscribe online.

If you subscribe to PM service in-store, you'll get the $10 referral, but the Flash promo for the free second month.

You get only $10 credit for in-store activation.

You get $25 credit for online activation
