Redeemed Rewards Data doesn’t work

Has anyone redeemed their rewards for data and it show in your account ticking down the days left but is not being used (shows 0) so guess not activated??  How do I get a hold of Public Mobile so they will activate it?

we are just customers here like you.  Please check with support agent and they will give you back the points if that was the case.   Refer back to my earlier post how to open ticket

this issue of me losing reward points on a 3GB Data package I redeemed that never worked has not been resolved.  Please re-instate my reward points

 It was the correct add on.  There is 8 days left of the 15 days on the 3GB of Data I chose.  Submitted a ticket, and have attached a screenshot, a couple of days after I realized something was wrong as I still could not use data when out of wifi.  I have not heard anything since the ticket and needed data so redeemed more.  So now down logs of points. Guess my best bet is the direct text???

how many days left out of 15 or 30?  did you  claim the wrong addon?  if you are going to use it in Canada, you should not be claiming Roaming addon

check with agent and if it was wrong, they can help
