Receiving text messages in Asia

I am currently in Asia and cannot get any text SMS for online banking OTP verification. What should I do?

Unfortunately this is the case with public mobile. There is no roaming available( except US). There is no way to get coverage either.

unfortunately, this is normal as PM does not have any roaming service other than in US.  You won't get the OTA verificiation with SMS.  You need to change to email or other ways to receive 2fa

@bigjj Public Mobile does not have roaming outside of Canada and US. Are you able to click on your bank's app to resend the code through email, many banks will have options

Public mobile doesn’t work in Asia,

to access your PM account,  click on Didn’t get the code, then select send email to receive the PM code through email.
