Hi,
I am unable to receive calls and unable to receive some texts. I have switched everything over 10 hours ago?
How can I fix this?

If you port you number from another provider, it may take a couple days to complete depending on the provider. Porting a landline number will take a week to complete.
If your ported number is showing on your phone, PM had done it part to port your number to PM. You are waiting for the other provider to release your number to PM. While you are waiting, you can dial out and send text message. But not be able to receive calls and text messages.
If your previous SIM card is still working, you can continue to use it until it stops working. Then, you number is ported to PM and start using your PM SIM card.
