Hi,
I'm really confused, and I just paid for Freedom to public mobile transfer. I received an email saying my self serve account has been created, but I can not log in with the email. I paid 134.40 and I can not of the benefits on the phone because sin card isn't working. Whats going on?
All I wanted is to port my number over, pay the fee and use my phone, but instead I have no phone usage because sin card doesnt work or the self serve account that the email said it was created.
Please help me! What am I paying for the 134.40 plus the 5 dollar sin card for.... a useless plan and sin card...

Same thing is happening to me - I just activated a PM SIM and created an account , received confirmation email but cannot login to PM. It says "email not registered" - what's going on?
