I received a promotional text message offer for 4G. However, I am already on a 4G contract. My concern is that behind the scenes I am not actually receiving 4G data plan.
My online profile shows that I have the 4G speed plan.
Is there a way I can confirm I am receiving 4G?
Additionally, why is the system sending automated messages that dont apply to me? Is the automated messages just not sophisticated enough? Or does it not know that I switched?

if you don't use the full 6gb there is a new $40/5gb plan instead of $41.25/4gb

You are on 4G plan, not to worry.
Every PM customer got same SMS. PM did not filter who is and who is not already on 4G plan.
You can do speed test but it will eat a lot of your data...

It's a blanket advertising message ...sent to most PM customers. Just ignore it.

if you have the 4G plan and can't tell difference between that and your old 3G pan....is it really worth paying extra for ? 😎

@Beny1014 hi that message was sent to most everyone ,if you want to check plan just sign into your account and check or do a speedtest
