Just joined Public last night - had some issues with the eSIM but the agent was able to resolve. Have data and can use texting, but while I can get phone calls I can’t phone back- always says “call failed”. Anyone else ever come across this issue?

Thanks - it was the old SIM card still being in

Thanks - that was the problem, I had left my old physical SIM card in.

If the previous suggestions not helping, might want to try reboot of your phone. Then a network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords).
Also, which model phone are you using? VoLTE compatible with PM system?

@don_007 it is possible the sim or esim of your old provider still there. Remove the old sim card, or disable the old esim. Make sure only PM sim card or esim is enabled on the phone.
