@poepike  Best to contact customer service, submit a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.  Other than the voice calls issue there is currently a known glitch with SMS texting for many new PM customers so you'll want them to look at that also.   Edited to add, you may be able to get the log in verification code by email while you're waiting, try hitting didn't get the code or resend the code a few times.  Doesn't always work but worth a try.

Rogers already deactivated and I validated by login into the rogers app.

Correct. both outgoing and incoming calls fail to work. I only had 2 successful outgoing calls since yesterday. Today even the verification code from PM failed to be received.

@poepike   Can you make outgoing calls and it's just incoming calls that aren't working, or are voice calls not working at all.  Is your Rogers account still active?

can you make outgoing calls? was it just not receiving incoming? or both incoming and outgoing calls fail to work?

I am having the same issue. i've transferred my number yesterday from rogers. Restarted phone and even reset the network. Data works though.

@Onsori   So you just transferred a number to Public Mobile, are you able to make outgoing calls, does data work?  Did you reply to your previous carriers text message asking for your authorization with YES within 90 minutes?

@Onsori   Are you a new customer who just transferred a number from a previous provider or an existing customer?  It would make a difference for recommendations.
