Hi

my mobile signal says No Service 

I think I have to reactive my account 

please advise

@Samaneh7j - on your public mobile device on the calling app, dial '611' to access your account.

OR, call # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device or line, and you can get to the same details.

Try accessing your account through a tab in incognito mode, and see if you can log in that way.

Have you restarted your phone, or Have you tried your SIM card into another phone to see if services work?

It doesn’t work!

 

You may wish to use a computer to do this. 

@Samaneh7j  It’s true you can call 611 to make payment and resume services but you need to know then4digit PIN code with vouchers and 611 no pin is needed

Hello @Samaneh7j 

Go here. https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/ and log in to your account. If you haven't signed up yet at the new website, you may need to sign up first. Then after logging in, to go Subscriptions and Add ons.  Confirm you have a subscription. If not, pick one that suites your needs. Then go to Payments and add funds with credit card or debit card. Or if you have a PM Voucher, use that. Then shortly after payment has been made, it may take a bit for the system to recognize payment, once it has, you should be good to go. You may need to restart your phone if it doesn't work within an hour or so. Hope this helps.

you can either call *611 or login My Account and click Pay now and resume service to reactivate

@Samaneh7j  Log into your my account . Make manual payment and resume services . Or you can get payment vouchers and load them 611
