@Ptresierra  Once you add the funds in your account you need to access your account via selfserve and make sure that it shows active on your landing page. If there is a reactivate button on the page then you need to hit it.

If the funds are greater than the payment needed it should be almost immediate.  

there might be a reactivate button in self serve, if that fails try the lost stolen trick.
