I tried activating my phone number after deactivating it for less than three months ago. However, I payed on the website and tried to type it at transfer number but it says invalid phone number. Keep in mind the phone number is still on my phone because when I call someone it says to Activate your number pay for a subscription.

How did you pay for your plan? Did you login into your self service account and just load up funds? Or did you try to re-activate a new plan? How long were you were out of country? More than 90 days?

You service is just suspended, not closed
Make a payment and you can resume

You can dial 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and enter your number to confirm your account status. If the system can't find your number, then you have probably missed payment for over 90 days and your account was closed.

so how did you deactivate your number ? If you transferred that number to a different cell provider, your account was deactivated and now you need a new sim to start a new account with a different email address.
