Reactivating an account

I want to reactivate my account and phone number. And update the payment info on my account. I have tried everything.

call 1-855-4PUBLIC and see if system can find your account 

or ask PM support agent to help , you can submit ticket by direct message:

How long ago was account suspended for? If its within 90 days, just log into your Mr Account at the link below and click to make a payment to resume services. 

https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card.

You can also change your account information there.

If you can't log into your account,  then ask PM to assist with login so that you can update the account information.
