I changed my plan and my phone won't reactivate but says it's activated. How long do I have to wait?

Was your service ACTIVE before you changed plans?

 

Whether you process an immediate plan change or a post-dated one, it should not affect your current services.

 

Try rebooting device, resetting network connection and toggling airplane mode on/off.

 

When you dial *611, what do you hear?

What does it say in self service for status…Active?

 

Did you try rebooting, resetting network settings, reinstalling SIM card?
