how long has his account been Suspended ? After his last regular plan renewal failed, he has 90 days grace in which to pay and resume service. After 90 days, the account is actually Deactivated and he'd need a new sim to start a new account.

You can also dial 611 on his phone or call 1-855-4PUBLIC on your phone to make a manual payment.

You will need to login into your husband account. If credit card is already on file, then load up funds equivalent to the plan cost. That should re-activate his plan.
