I activated a SIM last year but during travel, I misplaced it. I bought a second SIM and switched it on the account. Now I found the first SIM and since I got a second phone I want to use it. But I get an error that SIM is not valid. How can I "reset" and assign it to a new user account?

You can not reassign / reuse the old sim again.

@dariakora SIM cards are all one time use. Once it activated for one account and then deactivated, it is done. Cannot be reused. ::( Get a new one from store. If you activate with them, they might give you the SIM for free.
