Hi! I've tried all of these, but still no data on my iPhone XR. I had the data plan activated before, but it was deactivated by request. When I subscribed again, the data doesn't seem to work. I need help, please. How can I contact a Customer Service Agent to have this checked?

please try to Reset network settings on your iPhone first. Also, update Carrier Profile
Try to change network mode to 3G and check if the phone's data work
