I have logged in to My Account and went through successfully. But I can't access my SELF SERVE ACCOUNT TO MAKE PAYMENTS AND DETERMINE DATA USAGE.
AM I LOCKED OUT OF THE SELF SERVE MENU?
PLEASE HELP

Same. I guess there were some updates yesterday.

The website is finicky right now with all the changes made with the My account page.
If you can login, you are not locked out.
Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Maybe also try a different device.
