Vouchers are a great way to quickly top-up your account like @Anonymous mentioned.  Otherwise, you can reach out to a Moderator here so they can help you but they will need to authenticate you first.

 @eunhee1020 : You can buy vouchers in many stores and a couple online and use the 611 service to add money. If you have a valid, registered card on your account then you could also use the 611 service to make a payment from it but you would need your 4 digit PIN.

You can also use the Instant Top-up method in a few stores.
