I signed up 2 days ago with public mobile. My previous provider gave me a better deal and i went back with them only to realize the plan was not what they were advertising.
I've paid for public mobile already, CS team as told me there isn't any refunds. is it possible to transfer my number back to public mobile to use this plan (and hopefully cancel this cancels service my previous provider).
Thanks!

I can do that but I assume my original payment is lost? Maybe I can just do a chargeback. seems silly I can't get either my money or plan back.
thanks!

You're going to open another new Public Mobile account and pay for another 30 days of service again at Public Mobile. In the new Public Mobile account, you can port the number from the other provider back to Public Mobile.

you're probably right. i've reached out to CS_Agent to see if anything is possible.
Thanks!

likely nothing much you can do, when the number was ported out, your account would have been closed. You can message back PM agent and ask them directly
