Final Invoice

Moved to Freedom Mobile to get international data roaming. Now i cannot access my account to get copy of my final invoice.

to be clear; Public Mobile is a pre-paid cell service provider. You pay ahead for your cell service. When you successfully transfer your number to a new provider, your Public Mobile account is automatically deactivated. There will be no more billed your plan. There's no funds owed when your plan is deactivated, so you won't get a final bill...your account just ceases. If you do need a record of your past Public Mobile bills, then follow steps provided by softech. Just rest assured, you won't get a final invoice for anything owing.

once you ported out your number, your account was closed and you cannot login to download invoices.  you will need to ask PM CS agent to send you the final invoice.   Please private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
