Need help I have account and someone stolled my phone and now my account is terminated. But looking to get a new account. Anyone can help

So if we don't have one of the phones in the VoLTE list (Certified VoLTE devices compatible with Public Mobile), our service won't work in the US?

yes, the $30 for 20GB is a Canada-US plan and you use the service in US like you are in Canada

@James161722 Yes that plan has roaming built into it you can use it in both country’s to call to and from each country using talk text and data , remember to have data roaming turned on in phone settings while in the U.S. and best to set phone to 4G/LTE not 5G and make sure your connected to T mobile AT&T or Verizon . Only other thing to note is that if your phone is not on the PM voLTE whitelist you will have issues with voice in the U.S.

if you have the Canada-US plan, then yes, you can use voice, data and text in US like you are in Canada. Just need to make sure Roaming data is turned on, and you need to connect to T-Mobile or AT&T or Verizon network to use the service in US. Enjoy

so I'm new to public mobile activated today. So far really awesome Network runs off of Telus. Very happy with my purchase but I have the $30 plan which is 20 gigs Canada and us. Does that mean that I can roam in the United States as well and use my device like I can in Canada?

@James161722 to start you need to get new SIM card you can then ask support to sim swap it for you to keep your old phone number and plan , but if the account has been suspended more then 90 days the account is closed and number gone .so if you didn’t have any friend refferals and don’t care about number , just use new email and create new account and you can pick one of the better new activation only plans that existing customers cannot get .fastest way to get new SIM card would be from Telus /koodo store or order one from Amazon $4.99 there right now

generally you would need to get a new sim card first
then don't "activate" a new account if you want to keep the phone number. Ask PM support agent to help (Even you think the account is terminated, support might be able to do something) . Just message them and explain the situation and give them the new sim card
