I have the same issue! I’ve been using my new Public Mobile SIM card for 7 days now, I’m still not getting any verification code when trying to login to the Public Mobile app, I am also not getting group texts. What do you recommend?

Hi! Service is working, I can call and text but not getting group texts as well as these verification code texts so still unable to retrieve any codes that’s been texted to the phone number. I’m going to call Rogers and I think maybe my service with them isn’t fully canceled on their end.
I also tried “did not receive code” and had it sent to my email and I was able to progress but still stuck on the next page and can’t get the code
texted to my phone - see attached screenshot.

first, is the service working? If it is good
For login, do you see Send email as the option after you clicked "Didn't receive code?" ?

@JP_923 Is this a new sim card replacing an old one on an existing account, or are you a new customer as of 7 days ago?

please go back to the 2FA screen, click "Didn't receive code?" and then select send email there
