Have you been able to before?

Are you new or an existing customer.

 

To register for a Self Serve account, you can do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

If you are having issues logging into Self Serve and you have done so before, try waiting 15 minutes before you try again, in case you temporarily locked up your account.

Before you try again,  clear your browser's cache/cookies, and/or open a tab in incognito mode and try logging in that way.

 

IF issues with your password try the Forgot the password option to reset it.

HI @Jeyagowri   did you try Forgot Password?  enter the email and answer the security question.

 

If that does not work, you will need to open ticket with PM and they will assist.  click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:

  1. type: Forgot log in information
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

    After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
