I have purchase U S roaming talk text , don’t bother text hasn’t worked ever, and no customer service agent actually work there.
so frustrating!

Besides the above suggestions, reboot your phone. Network reset of phone. Toggle airplane mode on, then off. You could also try to manually select either AT&T or Tmobile (US partner carriers). Ensure that your phone setting is allowing roaming.

Your talk component worked but no texts at all? You don't even need a US Roaming add on to recieve SMS texts. What is the make and model of your phone? Without data iMessage or RCS chat features will not work you have to turn those features off and use traditional SMS/MMS text messaging. Log into your account and confirm you have the talk and text bundle on your add ons page.
