I don’t know how to start a thread it’s not giving me that option sorry, this is all really confusing for me, I was setting up this public mobile yesterday and everything was going fine until they needed a 6 digit code associated with my eversafe ID, a few minutes earlier they had sent a message mentioning they were having troubles transferring my number. So now when I open the public mobile app, I cannot continue to sign into the app until I get my 6 digit code that I am not receiving.

@Faith_hope91   It's usually better to start your own thread so that more people will notice.  What exactly is the problem, can you describe what happens?  That will help us advise you on getting help.  If you've been trying the chatbot/ticketing system, it is broken unfortunately.
