I still can't complete the set up for my son's account.

Is there anyone I can talk to?  I am really struggling with this and becoming frustrated with endless messages back and forth that are not getting me anywhere.

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated!!!

The Pubic Mobile customer support agents are the only ones who can fix an account issue.   Please continue the discussion with them.

@Dogjr did you open a ticket already? 

Message them again for update (include the ticket number)

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
