Texting Issue

It was not solved yet. I cannot send messages through the phone.

Hi there. I experience the same on my iPhone.  I will have “data on” and send an iMessage or iMessage with a pic attached. I get the NOT DELIVERED message but it DOES go through. Never thought that PM is the problem and blamed my iPhone. Then, embarrassingly, I send again and look like an old fool. 

So when will it be fixed?

Your texting issue is not related the drop calling issue in the announcement section.  

Maybe more details would be helpful.  Is all texting not working?  outgoing? incoming? 

Looks like you are using iMessage.  Make sure your data is turned on.  

Here is some information for iMessage from another post:

Part 1:
imessage can sent to/from Apple ID or a phone number. To do what you described you should be using your phone number, not your Apple ID.

• Go to Settings> Messages> Send & Receive

1. Your settings should be:
• Can be reached by imessage at: Phone Number
• Start new conversations from: Phone Number

Part 2:
Turn on Send as SMS

• Go to Settings> Messages

Explanation:
If you're sending/receiving imessages to/from your apple ID, and not a phone number, you can't send as SMS.
