Hi @M1x3dcreation,
As per @zhadj030 above, I have moved your question into the right place, the Paying for your Service area. The self-serve system is now up, so you should be able to make your payment. Alternatively, I believe you can still make a payment by dialing *611 to use the automated system by phone even when self-serve is offline for maintenance.
