I'm having the same *bleeping* issue with the last step. It tells me to contact customer support and when I click on the *bleeping* chat button it goes to a blank *bleeping* web page that never loads.
I NEED help!

A response might be received today, but timing depends on the volume level of requests.

Sadly I'm out of options as I've never seen this much issues. But when it comes to the PC, I do know this site has cache issues. Clearing the cache, history and cookies on your browser and restarting the browser has helped some. Long shot but...

I can appreciate the help offered from hTideGnow and Handy1, but all the links offered in your posts and path to follow don't get me anywhere. No "other menu" no "private chat" nothing...

That is ANOTHER can of worms I'm having with Public Mobile! "
My husband has had an account for a almost two years now, and even thought he can log in on his phone. He has NEVER been able to log in to the website on a PC. It keeps telling him his password is wrong even though it isn't. Times him out and then he is stuck in that stupid wait 2+hrs loop for days at a time.

So I don't think the PC
chat bot is that great.

OH and btw I'm on a PC typing this in the community forum.

try with different browser or try on a computer

I would suggest going to a PC to try the chatbot there. I know both chat bots have had issues over the last year or so and the PC chatbot or website chatbot was just fixed recently and does work. I've tried it.

Hey @CelticTan 

I too had these problems setting up a neighbor on PM using a Motorola G7 and a Motorola E. Not sure what phone you have but this is how I fixed it. 

1. I made sure I had good Wifi signal. I didn't do this on data.

2. Before deleting the app, I went into the app settings and cleared the cache and any other related data to it and then deleted it. 

3. I redownloaded the app and was successful on the second try. 

I honestly think that clearing the cache and the data before clearing the app helped.

Worse case, you can reach a CS Agent via the chat bot.

To submit a ticket, start with the chatbot at the bottom right corner.

I tried the chatbot link first, typed "submit ticket" and >contact us>Other>Login... that led to a blank page
Then I typed in the link below and it brought me to

yes, PM support can help.  just need to submit ticket.     please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

Oh I HATE Public mobile's APP!
I uninstalled it, restarted the cell, installed the app and Now I'm stuck in a *bleeping* login loop!
