I have the same situation, joined Telus 5G+ service plan. No matter at home or at work, both speed 2.xx Mbps. Called technical support, the answer is the area I am in has weak 5G signal. Looks like I am paying a 4G service plan.

I was told by a Telus representative a few days ago that 5G is not good and one should avoid at all cost. I am currently looking for moving to Rogers as this company is apparently not trustworthy.

I believe it. Such a disingenuous service and the answer is always to switch to 4G or LTE which defeats the point of getting a 5G service…

are you talking about 20Mbps? 2Mbps is really slow

you rebooted the phone, but I don't think you Reset network settings, try that.  And then make sure PM sim is set as Primary

and use some Speed test app to test and post the speed here

of course, ask PM agent to help , they can refresh the account on the system for you

Reboot phone many times, still with download speed around 2Mbps.

Tried network rest, no use. Try to select 4G auto instead of 5G auto, still download speed 2Mbps. Never reach 5G speed or over 10Mbps download speed

hi @Kims128 how slow is slow?  what speed you are getting

and remember, you can get top 5G speed  even when you are using 4G or LTE network

Try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings

and when you can get data in the public area, try chaning the network mode to 4G (or LTE) and see if it helps
