I have the same situation, joined Telus 5G+ service plan. No matter at home or at work, both speed 2.xx Mbps. Called technical support, the answer is the area I am in has weak 5G signal. Looks like I am paying a 4G service plan.
Reboot phone many times, still with download speed around 2Mbps.Tried network rest, no use. Try to select 4G auto instead of 5G auto, still download speed 2Mbps. Never reach 5G speed or over 10Mbps download speed
