[NOTE: the above "Help" article needs updating. Under the SIM change procedure, the directions are still based upon customers being able to change their own SIM card - that is not the case. When one gets to that part of the process on their self-serve, they'll be directed to a Moderator to proceed with the SIM card change details]

While you're logged into Self-Serve you should probably change your password.
Also change your passwords for your email, your paypal, your social media, your cloud stuff, anything and everything you've ever logged into from the lost/stolen device, just in case.

First, you'll wish to go into your self serve account to mark your phone as lost so that no one else can use it if it's found.
If you already have your replacement SIM card please proceed to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and then type "SIM card swap".
