Not factory reset.
1. Reboot your phone - shut down and restart
2. Network reset of phone. Under your setting section on your phone.
Which model phone are you using? Is your phone VoLTE compatbile with Public mobile network? If not VoLTE, you may experience talk issues.

No not travelling anywhere. I am in Canada do you mean to factory reset my phone. Or just shut it down and then turn it back on.

Are you still having issues. More details would be helpful. Are you traveling in the USA?
Reboot your phone. Network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords).
